NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

This promotion is not open to the general public and is restricted to trade. Do not participate if you do not meet the eligibility criteria as set forth in the Eligibility section below. By participating in Grimco's Grand Raceway (the “Promotion”), you and your eligible place of employment, as defined below, unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with, and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Grimco Canada, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. 

PURCHASE PERIOD and PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, October 5th, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Friday, October 23rd, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Purchase Period begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday October 5th, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Friday, October 16th, 2026 (the “Purchase Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Participants will have until October 23rd, 2026 to enter their Unique Code to receive prizes. 

ELIGIBILITY: Restricted to Trade. This Promotion is not open to the general public. The Promotion is only open to businesses and organizations with a use for sign supplies and sign printing equipment that are located in Canada (excluding Quebec) (“Eligible Businesses”). Entries must be submitted by an owner, officer or employee of an Eligible Business (the “Representative”) who is a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) , and age 21 or older. The Promotion is void in Quebec, outside Canada ., and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of winners. 

Representatives must have authority to participate in the Promotion or have obtained such authority from an employer or a co-worker with the power to grant such authority within the Eligible Business, prior to participation in the Promotion. By entering, each Representative acknowledges and agrees that his/her participation in the Promotion may be subject to, or prohibited or restricted by, his/her employer’s policies and regulations and that the Representative is solely responsible for review of, and compliance with, any such policies or regulations of his/her employer. 

ENTRY: You will need a Unique Code to participate. There are two (2) ways to obtain a Unique Code: 

1. With Purchase. Between October 5th, 2026, and October 16th, 2026 (the “Purchase Period”), for every $500 spent in an order on qualifying items (each, a “Qualifying Item”) from the Sponsor, customers will receive an email with a Unique Code when the Qualifying Item is shipped. Orders cannot be combined to reach the $500 threshold. Qualifying Items include all Briteline branded products, all Maxmetal branded products, all Duratex Polystyrene, all Duratex Cast Acrylic, all Duratex Banner, and all 3M™ branded products.
2. Trading Cards distributed at Random by the Sponsor. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Between October 5th, 2026, and October 16th, 2026, the Sponsor will distribute Trading Cards containing Unique Codes at random. Customers do not need to make any purchase to receive these Trading Cards. The Trading Cards can be used to enter the promotion. The Sponsor is responsible for the distribution of the Trading Cards, and all distributions are at the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. No Purchase Necessary Trading cards may be requested from any local Sponsor sales representative. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, or illegible cards or codes.  Unique Codes may not be transferred, duplicated, or shared. Unique Codes are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels; or if any part of the Unique Code is determined by the Sponsor to be illegible, reproduced, counterfeited, mutilated, transferred, sold, exchanged, or tampered with in any way; or if any Unique Code and/or promotion-related materials contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Unique Codes containing printing or other errors may be replaced with another Unique Code at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, while supplies last. 

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")/ODDS: There is one (1) Instant Win Grand Prize, two (2) Instant Win First Prizes, and twenty (20) Instant Win Second Prizes available to be won as listed below. Total maximum ARV of all Instant Win Prizes available to be won: $26,495.00. Limit: One (1) Prize of any kind (Instant Win Grand Prize, Instant Win First Prize, or Instant Win Second Prize) per Eligible Business for the entire Promotion Period. If more than one (1) Representative from an Eligible Business, or the same Representative more than once, is determined to be a potential winner, the Eligible Business will be awarded only the first Prize awarded and recorded, and all other Prizes and winning game plays/entries from that Eligible Business are void. Any Prize voided under this paragraph will be awarded to an alternate winner in accordance with the "To claim your Instant Win Prize" section below. Entrants may submit multiple Entries using different Unique Codes, but doing so does not increase the number of Prizes that an Eligible Business or Representative may win. Odds of winning an Instant Win Grand Prize, Instant Win First Prize, or Instant Win Second Prize are dependent on the random winning time selected for each Prize available to be won, the number of participants in the Promotion, and the time and order in which any participant's Entry is submitted and recorded. The number of all prizes available will diminish as they are awarded.

How to Enter: After receiving an email or Trading Card with a Unique Code, visit  https://sweepstakes.grimco.ca/grandraceway and follow the Entry instructions to provide the 12-digit Unique Code found on your email or Trading Card and complete the Entry form in its entirety and submit it. By providing your Unique Code and completing the Entry form in its entirety and submitting it pursuant to the instructions on the Promotion Site, you will receive one (1) instant win game play (the “Entry”). After submitting the Entry form, you will then have the opportunity to play the Grimco Grand Raceway game (the “Game”). Follow the instructions to play the Game to find out if you are a potential winner. Limit: One (1) Entry per person per Unique Code. Entrants may submit multiple Entries using different Unique Codes, subject to the Prize limit set out in the Prizes/ARV/Odds section. Entries must be received between 12:00:01 AM ET on Monday, October 5^th, 2026 and 11:59:59 PM ET on Friday, October 23^rd, 2026. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at  Grimco | Privacy Policy.

Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official timekeeper for the Promotion. Incomplete Entry forms will not be accepted and are void. Participants must have a valid email address to enter and/or win. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries and/or plays by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void that participant's entries/plays, and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each Representative may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Instant Win Grand Prize: There is one (1) Instant Win Grand Prize available to be won. The Instant Win Grand Prize winner will receive the following prize. The maximum ARV of each Instant Win Grand Prize is listed below. Prizes must be coordinated through Sponsor’s sales representative before December 11, 2026. 

• Instant Win Grand Prize: One (1) Ally Laminator ARV $11,495.

Instant Win First Prizes: There are two (2) Instant Win First Prizes available to be won. Each Instant Win First Prize winner will receive one (1) of the following two (2) prizes. The maximum ARV of each First Prize is $2,500.00. Prizes must be coordinated through Sponsor’s travel agent before December 11, 2026.  

• Instant Win First Prize #1: One (1) vacation valued up to $2,500.
• Instant Win First Prize #2: One (1) vacation valued up to $2,500.

Instant Win Second Prizes: There are twenty (20) Instant Win Second Prizes available to be won. Each Instant Win Second Prize winner will receive one (1) $500.00 Grimco Credit.  All Instant Win Second Prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of issuance.  Grimco Credits will expire on December 11, 2026.

INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZE SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: The Instant Win Grand Prizes, Instant Win First Prizes, and Instant Win Second Prizes will be awarded throughout the Promotion Period, pursuant to the process set forth herein. Twenty-three (23) random, computer-generated winning dates and times, one for each Instant Win Prize available to be won, will be generated by the Sponsor prior to the launch of the Promotion. At the time a participant submits his/her Entry, if such participant is the first eligible participant to receive an Entry at or after a computer-generated, randomly selected winning time, that participant will receive an on-screen notification alerting them that they are a potential winner of an Instant Win Prize. Non-winning entrants will also be notified on screen. Potential Instant Win Prize winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules. All winning claims are subject to verification by the Sponsor, whose decisions are binding. Even if the Instant Win Game depicts that you are a winner, you are not a winner until your eligibility, and the potential winning Instant Win Game play have been verified. Verification includes confirmation that the Eligible Business has not already been awarded or recorded as a winner of another Prize in the Promotion. 

To claim your Instant Win Prize: If your business of employment is verified as an Eligible Business, you will receive an email to the email address submitted at the time of Entry within five (5) days of your potential win with instructions on how to claim your Instant Win Prize (the "Prize Claim Email"). Follow the instructions within the Prize Claim Email to download the Prize Claim Forms, including an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and a Publicity Release (collectively, the "Prize Claim Forms"). The Affidavit of Eligibility must confirm that the Eligible Business has not been awarded, and has not claimed, any other Prize in the Promotion. The owner or an employee of the Eligible Business with the authority to accept the Instant Win Prize on behalf of the Eligible Business must follow the instructions to send the completed Prize Claim Forms to the Sponsor within seven (7) days of when the Prize Claim Email is sent. IMPORTANT: Winners are solely responsible for determining and reporting any tax obligations associated with the Prize to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and/or any other applicable taxing authority. Sponsor makes no representation regarding the taxability of any Prize and will not withhold, remit, or report any amount on the winner's behalf.

Failure to comply with the prize claim instructions will result in disqualification, and the prize will be void. Once eligibility and Prize Claim Forms are verified, the prize will be awarded within 30 days. In the event that a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential Instant Win Prize winner is found to be ineligible or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate Instant Win Prize winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held for each Prize that is forfeited, voided, or unclaimed, after which that Prize will remain un-awarded. Entries from any Eligible Business that has already been awarded or recorded as a winner of a Prize will not be eligible for the alternate drawing. 

As a condition of being awarded a Prize, each potential winner will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question administered by telephone or electronically by the Sponsor. If a potential winner fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or cannot be reached within the required timeframe, the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may award it to an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

ALL POTENTIAL INSTANT WIN PRIZE WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY INSTANT WIN PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Limit one (1) Prize per Eligible Business, as described in the Prizes/ARV/Odds section. Using multiple Unique Codes provides additional game plays but does not increase the number of Prizes that an Eligible Business or Representative may win. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, assignable, transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. 

Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Promotion. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. 

Each merchandise prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty. No returns of prizes will be accepted unless the equipment is physically defective, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, at the time of prize award. 

Winners are responsible for all federal, provincial, local and income taxes associated with winning prize.

Except where prohibited by law, Entry and acceptance of prize(s) constitute permission to use winner's business name, Representative’s name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video tape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. 

GENERAL: Participating Eligible Businesses and Representatives agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor, and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Promotion, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (the “Released Parties”), from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the promotion, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prizes offered. Participants assume all liability for and Released Parties shall be held harmless against any liability for any injury, losses or damages of any kind to persons and businesses, including personal injury or death, or injury to property caused or claimed to be caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in this Promotion, acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize. 

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of Entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive Entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Promotion cannot be run as planned, Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries or individuals from the Promotion and any promotions it sponsors and (a) suspend the Promotion and modify the Promotion to address the impairment, then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THIS PROMOTION CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED OR CONDUCTED OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS RESULTING OR ARISING FROM ACTS OF GOD, WAR, OR TERRORISM, CIVIL UNREST, STRIKES, SUPPLY SHORTAGES, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, EPIDEMICS, COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW OR ORDER OF A GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR ACT, EVENT, OR OCCURRENCE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE SPONSOR. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE, AS APPLICABLE. FURTHER, SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, DIVERSIONS, CHANGES IN SERVICE OR ACCOMMODATIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS, OR FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY ANY THIRD PARTIES BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING AIR CARRIER(S) AND OTHER TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES; LODGING, RESTAURANT OR OTHER HOSPITALITY PROVIDERS; ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDERS, VENUES OR ARTISTS; OR OTHER THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS SUPPLYING ANY SERVICES OR COMPONENTS OF THE PRIZE(S) TO WINNERS AND/OR THEIR GUESTS, OR FOR ANY RESULTING INJURIES, INCLUDING MONEY DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, PROPERTY DAMAGES, PERSONAL INJURIES OR DEATH RESULTING THEREFROM. 

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrants and Eligible Businesses agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Province of Ontario. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s and Eligible Business' rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario or the federal jurisdiction of Canada. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. The failure or delay by Sponsor in enforcing any particular clause, provision, or aspect of these Official Rules shall not impact the validity, enforceability, or effect of any other clause, provision, or aspect of these Official Rules. 

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT, AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF. 

PRIVACY: As a condition of entering the Promotion, each participant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties, for the purpose of administering this Promotion and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules, including, without limitation, the storing of your personal information for purposes of complying with state record retention requirements. Any information entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Promotion or on a Promotion winner’s list. Personal information collected from entrants are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at:  Grimco | Privacy Policy.
